Gracey

Gracey was out of the Punky and Abe breed the reason I risked my girl the reason I spent a year finding the perfect sire. She was much wanted and I was sad to see her go in Dec 2000. But before that lets back up.

Baby Girl Burgundy was my favorite from the beginning and while I kept an eye on the other bitches in the litter this one stood out and never stopped.

From her litter Log

4th born Baby Girl Burgundy 15 oz, small easy birth

Well our fourth pup came a 11:00 pm, We started with a boy then had a run on girls. This one is so quiet and mellow compared to the noise machines that proceeded her, She ate well and drifted off to sleep as mom still labored on.

There were nine puppies in this litter 6 bitch and 3 dog puppies, we would lose one dog puppy Baby Boy Blue more on his tribute page later.

She is a lovely golden color with sharp black points, my puppies never seem to be born with fading noses or washed out black.

And a beautiful little Lady here she is at 2 weeks old

I have so many pictures of this girl as she was my pick and I had big plans for her to pick up where her mom did not  get to go. and while I will add some text to the pictures I am mostly gonna just share her in pictures.

At 6 weeks. Great agulation and a terrific front on this bitch, I love how she
puts herself up. You do not need to coax this bitch out, she moves right
  into place and is great!

Grace was the culmination of nearly  four years work,

the perfect blend of show and work pedigrees,
to make a dog  with brains that looks like a million bucks.
We got it all in Grace.

Though we barely got started knowing her before our world was turned upside down and I needed to find a co/own for her. She was still a baby and in her ugglies when I sent her to Joe Batts Arm Labradors in Holland.

I do remember she had a mellow laid back personality like her mom and I knew because of that she would easily take to a new home a new life with little stress.

Grace right before we shipped her to Holland

All legs and tail, but this little one would leave a big paw print all over in Europe
