Here is the bridge
We decided instead of waiting for it to come down we would find a good vantage point and watch it and I took pix.
Took a few different angels until we found a place to wait and watch. You can see in the distance that the decks are fully up as this bridge rises the road not splits it in a view

Traffic resumes but it was slowed up and tied up for hours to let two barages go through
